- Enter your zip code - SID will find all of the openings that are registered in the zip code you enter (you can expand this search later).
- Select a Service Provider - What kind of service do you need? Select it here (at this time you can only do one service type at a time).
- Select an Agency - Who are you getting your services through? Is it AzEIP or DDD or Private Insurance? You make your choice here.
- Agree to the terms and conditions - Unfortunately, we can't be all things to all people. Our terms and conditions basically let you know that we are not responsible for making sure that the information is accurate/up-to-date. We try but the end responsibility is yours.
- Total Number of Openings - This is a handy little box that lets you know how many openings are registered with SID. We hope to see it grow very large.
